In addition, to be a steady-going change agent, they have to listen to followers and accept criticisms. Harold should have cooperated with his team for themto trust him and believe in his ideas. Inspirational Motivation Harolds behavior should inspire employees to commit themselves in the organization and achieve a common goal. Instead of appearing as an enigma, Ha rold may have gain to stick to his vision, to his statement as world a democratic leader and a hands-on manager instead of being arbitrary. Intellectual Stimulation I would advise Harold to encourage employees being creative and innovative in order to become the best manufacturing company in the country. By using employees ideas, Harold would implicate them in the implementation of changes. In other word, theemployees would become a part of the shared vision of the organization. Moreover, they would feel responsible for the success of this vision they contributed to create. Furthermore, they would develop their fullest potential in their work. Individual Consideration Harold could put on followers by providing a supportive climate in the organization. Followers may need help in their personal challenges. They require someone to talk to and rely on.As a conclusion, I would remind Harold that change is a good thing but changing on your own wont make any difference. Harold may have good ideas for the company but he necessitates to be followed by his employees. In fact, employees needs are inseparable from Harold success as a leader.

Last Thursday, November 29, 2012, this is the day that were hold for. I was so excited to have our choke cranial orbit trigger as a high school. This field trip is very memorable for me because Cl be, Alaica, Kim, Ray, and I are first date to be late in our last field trip. We arrive at randomness supermarket at 525am, and almost 5 minutes when the peck left us. Theres no extra bus for the late comers desire us. I tint nervous at this time because we dont know what were going to do. No one knows how to go to our first destination. Ray suggested that its better for us to go home and ask help to our parents to gravel us to Pasay. Clare, Alaica, and I, didnt agree to his suggestion, because we know that it will only takes a lot to time in the beginning we arrive at our first destination. Alaica decided to ask for help in the guard inside the south supermarket.The guard teach us how to go to MOA in Pasay. We ride at the LRT, from Santolan to Cubao. After that we ask the cab dr iver to bring us in M completely of Asia, where Nido Fortified Science Discovery Center are found. We finally reached our first destination. We felt happy because we didnt expect that we did it. Our friends hug us tight like weve never seen for a long years. My heart is jumping because of happiness. We roam around and we saw several gormandize that are related to science like, earth science, biology, chemistry, and physics. We also had a short film viewing on how the celestial bodies are being formed. We are all amazed on what weve seen.Its like you were in the outer space when you start to watch that video. We are all entertained and at the same time we are learning. Before we leave this place, our mind are filled with the new knowledge and new experience. Our near destination is in Tzu Chi Foundation in Sta Mesa, Manila, whare you can found a good hearted persons. The flock here are working hard not for themselves, but for the people who are disabled. They do it without waiting for any return. When you go inside, you will found their low price shop, where recycled bottles are turned into useful once. only of the items inside are very affordable and useful.The money that are being entered to them, will add to their memory board that supports to their charity. Our last destination is in Galilee Mansion Garden Resort in Bulacan. Here, we enjoy our last expedition even in the middle of the hottest of the sun. We dont care on what will happened to our skin texture, because all we want is tograb this opportunity to feel relax, enjoy, and have bonding with my fellow students and friends. After this adventurous field trip, we ended our day with the smile in our faces.
